1. I want at least one out of two fields to be filled in, when the message is sent. How do I do it?

Answer: It is not possible to do it within our system. It is better to use the "Required field" option instead.

2. Is it possible to increase the number of characters in the field "Text, confirming successful dispatch of a message"?

Answer: It is not possible. The allowed amount of characters is supposed to be enough.

3. I would like a client to receive an auto reply about receipt of his request. Is it possible to do it?

Answer: It is possible to set an autoresponder in the e-mail account of the receiver.

4. Is it possible that values of some fields in the E-mail form will change after selecting a certain value in another field?

Answer: It cannot be done with any system solution, but you may use Javascript instead.
