1. I have forgotten the answer to the secret question, what should I do?

Answer: If you have got such a trouble, even after the system has warned you about the importance of remembering the answer, you should contact Technical Support from your Control Panel -> the "Help" tab. If you want to change your secret question/answer you can do this in your Webtop -> Settings -> Profile Settings -> Security.

Answer: Yes, it is possible. You can allow access to your Control Panel only from certain IP addresses and subnetworks. You can find the necessary settings in Control Panel -> Security -> Security settings

4. How do I restore the FTP password?

Answer: You can change the FTP password in Control Panel -> Security -> Change FTP password.
