1. Is it possible to remove the pop-up bar from my site? Answer: It is uCoz ad banner. It can be removed for a fee. You can do it through the Control Panel, the "Paid services" tab.

2. What do I need to pay for? Answer: The default set of services is provided free of charge. But if you want, you may pay for these services to be expanded (the disk space increase for instance) or order additional services (e.g. the possibility to use PHP, to attach files to a message in the E-mail Forms module etc.).

3. Who is a premium user? Answer: A premium user is a user who has paid for any package of services or a separate service within the uCoz system.

4. I have paid for a wrong service, I didn't mean to pay for it. Is it possible to cancel it? Answer: You can cancel any paid service in Control Panel -> Paid services. The money which was not used will be returned to your account. The fee for refunding will be charged as well.

5. Is it possible to transfer money from one uCoz website to the another? Answer: Yes, it is possible. But you need to forward your request to the Technical Support service (Control Panel -> Help -> Technical Support). The message should be the following: Hello! Please transfer (the amount of money) from the website (provide a link to the website, where you want to transfer the money from) to the website (provide a link to the website, where you want to transfer money to). Both websites are located within one Webtop. Thank you!

6. Does uCoz disable the ad banner on school, kindergarten and other social project websites ? Answer: Yes. If you have made a website for a school, higher educational establishment or any other social project, forward your request about the ad banner removal to banner@ucoz.net

7. Which payment methods may be used? Answer: The following payment methods are available within the uCoz Web Services: bank cards, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, Discover, Digital Check, Webmoney, SMS and some other.
