2. How can I put a banner on my site?

Answer: Control Panel -> Customize Design. Choose a template, insert there any HTML code.

3. How can I replace "SITE LOGO" and "MyCorp" with custom data?

Answer: We have thought of people, inexperienced in HTML. So you can replace necessary blocks on your site by pressing only 1 button. For this purpose you should go to Customize Design -> Quick replacement.

4. I cannot save templates, settings, etc. The system gives out "Server connection Error. Sorry." or nothing occurs at all.

Answer:
  • If the version of your browser is less than 5.5 for Internet Explorer or less than 8.0.1 for Opera - then install a new version. 
  • If everything is ok with the version of your browser - then clear browser cache data. By the way, it is useful to do this periodically not only to solve the mentioned problem (e.g. IE does not save graphic data correctly if the cache is filled). To clear the cache in IE open its properties and press the button "Remove files". Attention - do not confuse temporary files with cookies (these are different things).
  • Do not use the services for traffic economy (like Traffic Compressor). These services have plenty of servers and for every other inquiry servers can give out different IP addresses (the least loaded server is selected). As IP address varies, the protection of binding to IP works and so the system logs you out.
  • Troubles with other programs are also possible. For example, firewall can block transfer of big posts (relevant for templates saving). You should try to find a source of a problem stage by stage (if all the previous points are fulfilled).


7. Where can I change the $code$ like $LOGIN_LINK$, $LOGOUT_LINK$ etc?

Answer: These codes work in templates only. Their values depend on different conditions, like the name of the logged in user or the settings of a certain feature. It is not possible to edit these codes.
